Stubbs & Stubbs, is a father and son law partnership which evolved from the original sole proprietorship founded by Attorney Barry Stubbs in San Francisco in 1952.  Attorney Brian Stubbs joined the practice in 1978 and in 1990 Barry and Brian Stubbs formed the present partnership located in San Mateo, California.

The primary mission of our law firm in estate planning is to achieve in a cost efficient and timely manner the goals of our clients in the preservation, administration and transfer of their wealth.
